New Resources Consulting is honored to be named a 2023 Best Place to Work by the Milwaukee Business Journal. This year’s program drew about 130 nominations, and NRC was named a winner in the Large category (100 to 199 employees).
All participating companies needed to have a large percentage of employees complete an online survey; winners were selected based on the highest scores in each size category. Employee scores were measured on how favorably they responded to questions in the following areas:
- Personal engagement
- Communication and resources
- Teamwork
- Retention
- Alignment with goals
- Trust with co-workers and senior leaders
- Manager effectiveness
- Job satisfaction
Thank you to all of our employees and consultants for taking the time to complete the survey and for continuing to embrace, uphold, and promote our Core Values of being Accountable, Passionate, Respectful, Innovative, and Collaborative both internally and externally.
“Myself and the team here at NRC are constantly impressed by the hard work and dedication shown by our employees in and out of the office,” said Mark Grosskopf, CEO of New Resources Consulting. “We are thankful to the Milwaukee Business Journal for recognizing us as a Best Place to Work.”
We look forward to attending the Best Places to Work awards lunch and pep rally on August 24 at the UW-Milwaukee Panther Arena.
