1. What type of services did NRC provide to your organization?

We utilized NRC’s consulting support for best practices and recommendations related to Oracle HCM Talent Suite. Specifically, performance management, goal management, talent review meetings, and succession planning.

2. What benefits did you experience as a result of NRC’s services?

We were able to react to the Oracle mandate and system changes more efficiently and more quickly. We were also able to mitigate some of those potential roadblocks to our business users. Sometimes when our volume peaks and we need extra assistance with some of the more technical items, such as when we completed our HDL integration, NRC also brings in other members of the team to accommodate us.

3. What advice would you give to a company looking for similar services?

My specific advice is to look for a company with a niche in the area specific to your business needs, which we did. I would also recommend finding a company that can offer tenured, experienced professionals, which we also have the luxury of with the consultants NRC has assigned to our account.

4. What have you enjoyed most about working with NRC?

Our consultant has taken the time and energy to get to know our business practices in-depth, which has allowed us to partner very effectively on strategic initiatives. We’ve also had the opportunity to tap into some of NRC’s additional resources for some niche areas and are able to leverage what they’ve learned from other clients.
