- Provide technical support to application developers when required; includes standards adoption and diagnostics.
- Provide incident support; respond to escalated issues, troubleshoot errors, apply technical solutions and process improvements in alignment with best practices.
- Provide request fulfillment; including analysis reporting, service configuration and service enhancements.
- Working knowledge of software development technologies.
- Advanced working knowledge on end to end DevOps practices.
- Working knowledge of building end to end automated DevOps pipelines.
- Advanced working knowledge of release management principles and best practices.
