Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner with project managers, architecture and technical leads to develop implementation and improvement plans by eliciting technical requirements from key stakeholders
  • Identify needs, evaluate requirements and desired outcomes, analyze gap between current and future state and recommend solutions
  • Define and develop use cases, user stories, business process flows, test scenarios and act as a source of information for clients and internal team members throughout the project life-cycle
  • Communicate requirements, technical solutions, and approaches effectively to business stakeholders and internal teams

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a strategy or business analyst role
  • Experience in leading projects, process improvement, change management, organizational transformation, requirements management, and/or workshop facilitation
  • Experience working on an Agile-based cross-functional project teams

Preferred Requirements:

  • Prior Insurance experience
  • Prior experience with TFS or JIRA, Microsoft Project, and VISIO
