New Resources Consulting wants to express our heartfelt gratitude to all who attended the annual golf outing, which was held at The Bog in Saukville, WI, on June 15! We were thrilled to have over 50 companies represented, bringing together approximately 110 participants. The event was a fun-filled occasion comprised of 18 rounds of golf, multiple raffles, and an exciting auction.
The Bog Event goes beyond mere networking, as it is dedicated to strengthening our bonds with community partners while making a positive impact. Each year, the NRC Foundation selects a local nonprofit organization to be the beneficiary of the event, and we are delighted to announce that this year’s Bog Event was proudly sponsored by Best Buddies of Wisconsin, a nonprofit organization dedicated to establishing a volunteer movement that creates opportunities for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).
The Bog Event raised about $6,000 through the support of all the participants. Then, through a donation from Tim Dooley, Sr. Director of Customer Success, and a generous donation match by Owner and CEO Mark Grosskopf, NRC was able to donate a little over $12,000 to Best Buddies of Wisconsin.
At the NRC Foundation, we frequently seek opportunities to support local organizations, relying on the dedication of our employees and collaboration with other local entities. This year’s partnership with Best Buddies was initiated by NRC’s very own Don Weber, VP of Strategic Accounts, reflecting our commitment to nurturing relationships within our community.
Looking ahead, the NRC Foundation remains dedicated to supporting local organizations as we strive to make a positive difference. We encourage you to explore our website to learn more about the organizations we have supported in the past.
We would like to extend our appreciation to all the participants, sponsors, and workers who contributed to the success of this event. Without your generosity and support, none of this would have been possible. Together, we exemplified the spirit of community engagement and philanthropy.
As we reflect on this year’s Bog Event, we are humbled by the collective effort and the positive results we achieved. NRC looks forward to continuing this tradition of giving back and creating a lasting impact in the years to come as we prepare to host the Bog Event in 2024.
Once again, thank you to everyone who made the NRC’s annual golf outing at The Bog a resounding success. Your participation and support are sincerely appreciated!
