Manpower teamed up with New Resources Consulting as they searched for proper IT support for their operational and project needs, specifically their global PeopleSoft application. The NRC Managed Services Group went immediately to work, designing a program that would not only accommodate Manpower’s need for specialized PeopleSoft applications but their global presence. The Managed Services Group had to design and implement solutions that would be available to Manpower 24/7, around the globe; we designed an entirely new model that we dubbed “Follow the Sun,” which afforded Manpower the highest levels of service at all of their locations.
