TierPoint’s Chief Security Officer, Paul Mazzucco, is an expert in the field of human behavior and cybersecurity.  In this presentation, he examines the natural human tendency to fear the unknown and the consequences that such fear can have on cybersecurity decisions. Paul will also highlight the latest hacker tactics, leveraging psychological vulnerabilities for attacks via phishing, IoT, and AI.

In addition to Paul’s security duties at TierPoint, he is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), and Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) working with the FBI, the United States Secret Service, Pennsylvania Electronic Crimes Task Force (PAECT) and the United States Computer Emergency Readiness Team (U.S. CERT).
