SOME OF OUR SUPPORTED ORGANIZATIONS
New Resources Consulting is passionate about giving back through the NRC Foundation. We value positively contributing to the community that we call home however we can, whether that’s through volunteering or donations. Check out some of our supported organizations below.

Hashtag Midwest
NRC provides sponsorship for Hashtag Midwest, a podcast dedicated to educating its audience about the midwest’s vibrant cities, hard-working and inventive workforce, incredible educational institutions, storied sports franchises, or the surplus of world-renowned leaders and companies that were shaped right here.

Milwaukee Rep Development
NRC donates to the Milwaukee Rep, which ignites positive change in the cultural, social, and economic vitality of its community by creating world-class theater experiences that entertain, provoke, and inspire meaningful dialogue among an audience representative of Milwaukee’s rich diversity.

best buddies of wisconsin
The NRC Foundation raised money for Best Buddies of Wisconsin through donations, table sponsorships, and volunteer events. Best Buddies International is an organization dedicated to creating opportunities for one-to-one friendships, integrated employment, leadership development, and inclusive living for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).

Sojourner Family Peace Center
NRC sponsors the Sojourner Family Peace Center’s “Be the Light” event, which raises money to support crisis response, system advocacy, and healing services to help survivors build lives free from abuse. Sojourner Family Peace Center is the largest nonprofit provider of domestic violence prevention and intervention services in Wisconsin.

EMPLOYEE FUNDRAISING/TRUST DONATIONS/IN MEMORIAM DONATIONS
NRC is honored to have a generous staff that creates, donates, or matches funds for GoFundMe campaigns that benefit an employee. We have also donated to family trusts, based on circumstances, and made donations to groups based in the memory of our employees.

I.C.STARS
NRC sponsors the golf outing that SIM (Society for Information Management) hosts in Chicago every year to benefit i.c.stars. i.c.stars identifies, trains, and jump-starts technology careers for low-income young adults who, although lacking access to education and employment, demonstrate extraordinary potential for success in the business world and for impact in their communities.

Waukesha Food Pantry
The FOOD Pantry Serving Waukesha County provides food, hope, and dignity to county residents in need, and advocates to increase awareness of hunger through community partnerships. NRC provides funds for Thanksgiving turkey donations, which are distributed to community members in need.

United Way of Greater Milwaukee & Waukesha County
NRC is sponsoring the United Way of Greater Milwaukee & Waukesha County’s CIO event in February 2023. This organization changes lives and improves our community by mobilizing people and resources to drive strategic impact in health, education, and financial stability.

Prevent Blindness Wisconsin
NRC sponsors Prevent Blindness Wisconsin, a nonprofit that provides free, direct sight-saving services. Through donations, this organization prevents blindness by identifying early signs of vision disorders, facilitating early and effective treatment, and preventing eye injury.
