As 2023 comes to a close, we’re excited to reflect on these gatherings and the vibrant community they’ve fostered.
Trivia Night: Kicking Off the Year with Brains and Banter
On February 23, we hosted our first event of the year, a trivia night at our downtown Milwaukee office. It was an evening filled with challenging questions, friendly competition, and fantastic prizes. As we enjoyed a catered meal and flowing drinks, the room buzzed with laughter and lively discussions, setting a high bar for the events to follow.
Laughter and Levity at Milwaukee Improv
As a high-performing organization, our committed team works diligently throughout the work week. On March 18, we took a break from the usual workday seriousness and shared a night of laughter at Milwaukee Improv in Brookfield. The comedy show was a hit and served as a reminder of the joy found in shared experiences.
Aiming High at NorthSouth Club
The spirit of friendly competition returned on July 12 as we gathered at the NorthSouth Club in Milwaukee for an evening of axe throwing and shuffleboard. Whether we were hitting bullseyes or sliding pucks, the event was a testament to our team’s supportive and fun-loving nature.
Cheering on the Brewers on the Johnsonville Party Deck
One of the year’s highlights was watching the Milwaukee Brewers take on the St. Louis Cardinals on September 26. From our spot on the Johnsonville Party Deck, we enjoyed an all-you-can-eat buffet and cheered on our team. The excitement of the game and the camaraderie shared among colleagues made for an unforgettable outing.
Family Fun at the Milwaukee County Zoo
We closed the year with a delightful family event at the Milwaukee County Zoo. Our consultants and their families spent a beautiful fall day exploring, enjoying train rides, and dining with a view of the elephant enclosure. It was a heartwarming occasion that connected our team and extended the NRC family spirit to our loved ones.
