I support clients with troubleshooting issues and upgrades, helping them maximize their investment in the software.

I’m most proud of providing valuable customer service, as evidenced by being asked to return after COVID and every year since.
How have you grown professionally at NRC?
I’ve grown by adapting to changing situations and priorities, keeping up with support items while also staying on track with project work.
What challenges have you faced, and how did you overcome them?
One of my challenges is managing multiple priorities. Working with team members helps ensure I stay focused on the highest-priority item.

I most enjoy working with other knowledgeable and experienced NRC consultants.

I was born in Minot, North Dakota. I have nine nieces and nephews, as well as four great-nieces and nephews.
