Whether supporting clients across PeopleSoft HCM, FSCM, CS, or Oracle Cloud HR, Rahula combines technical expertise with a collaborative, can-do attitude. His dedication to growth—both personally and professionally—shines through in everything he does.
We caught up with Rahul to learn more about his journey, what drives him, and a few fun facts that might surprise you.
What is your job title?
Senior Developer
Beyond your title, how would you describe what you do at NRC and for your clients?
I support our clients’ PeopleSoft development needs in HCM, FSCM, and Campus Solutions. I also work on Oracle Cloud HR development. Internally at NRC, I assist with IT administrative tasks whenever possible.
Where do you see yourself in five years?
I see myself playing a more crucial role within NRC as a technical resource.
What accomplishments are you most proud of?
I’m extremely proud to have been a part of the NRC family for 10 years. During that time, I’ve grown as a developer, and my family has grown too. We welcomed the birth of our son, which has been one of my greatest joys.
How have you grown professionally at NRC?
I’ve gained a lot of knowledge in the areas I support. My technical skills have advanced, and I’ve grown in problem-solving, project management, adapting to new tools and technologies, and enhancing my communication and collaboration skills.
What challenges have you faced, and how did you overcome them?
Supporting multiple clients simultaneously can be challenging. I’ve learned to prioritize based on the work that needs to be delivered and the level of effort required for each client, and then I focus on completing tasks in that order.
What do you enjoy most about working for NRC?
I love the people I work with. We have a great team that collaborates well, and NRC fosters a positive workplace culture where people can learn and grow.
Tell us something most people don’t know about you.
I’ve done paragliding, and skydiving is next on my list. Also, my grandmother is 100 years old!
