We’re proud to share that New Resources Consulting has been named a Top Workplace by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel—for the twelfth year in a row! Our streak continues, and it’s no accident. This honor is a reflection of our deep commitment to our people and the culture we’ve intentionally built over the years.
At the April 10th award ceremony hosted at the Brookfield Conference Center, eight members of the NRC team, including President and CEO Mark Grosskopf, were on hand to accept the award. The event featured an inspiring keynote by Holly Hoffman, finalist from Survivor: Nicaragua, who spoke about pushing through adversity with resilience, determination, and positivity—a message that truly resonated with our team.
We’re thrilled to share that NRC placed 19th out of 68 companies in the Midsize Business Category!
What makes this award special is that it’s based entirely on feedback from our employees. We know we’re doing something right—not just because we say so, but because they do.
As one team member wrote in their survey response:
“The organization is all about the people. Everyone is customer-facing, and the company strives hard to recognize employees for their contributions and provides opportunities for all to learn and grow in their professions. There is a monthly employee recognition that also offers great rewards and is promoted in front of the entire organization. The company also invests in customized training for all employees to learn whatever topics or skills interest them, even if they are not directly related to their day-to-day position.”
Creating an award-winning culture isn’t always easy—especially when many of our consultants work remotely or on-site at client locations across the country. But we’ve made it our mission to stay connected, stay intentional, and continuously invest in our people. Whether through professional development, monthly recognition, or a culture of genuine support, we’re focused on creating a workplace where people feel seen, valued, and empowered.
To our employees, thank you. To our clients and partners, thank you for trusting us and collaborating with us. And to anyone considering joining NRC—this recognition is just one more reason to take that next step.
Here’s to a strong 2025 and a workplace culture that keeps raising the bar.
