Last Thursday, on April 3, New Resources Consulting had the privilege of sponsoring Uplift, the annual gala hosted by the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Fox Valley. And let us just say—it was so much more than a fundraiser.
Uplift is about community. It’s about showing up for the kids, teens, and families who rely on the Clubs every day. From after-school programs to meals, mentorship, and meaningful support systems, the Clubs are a safe place for so many in the Fox Valley. Events like Uplift ensure those doors stay open—and that futures stay bright.
NRC’s very own Pam Berth, a proud member of the Board of Directors, attended the event alongside Don Weber and friends, soaking in the inspiration, laughter, and yes—a few happy tears.
We were honored to play a small part in a very big night. From incredible speakers to heartwarming stories and generous giving, Uplift was a reminder of what happens when a community comes together to say: We believe in you.
Cheers to the amazing work of the Clubs, the tireless efforts of the volunteers, and to every kid who walked into the Club today and felt seen, supported, and celebrated. That’s what it’s all about.
