Beyond your title, how would you describe what you do at NRC and for your clients?

Primarily, I’ve worked as a security administrator for all PeopleSoft modules, but I’ve also provided support as an HR Business Analyst.

Where do you see yourself in five years?

Happily working for NRC.

What accomplishments are you most proud of?

I’ve worked with several different clients, and one thing I’m most proud of is becoming and feeling like I am part of each client’s team. I’ve built strong relationships, both professionally and personally.

How have you grown professionally at NRC?

I have become more confident in the work I do and the support I provide.

What challenges have you faced, and how did you overcome them?

The biggest challenge was stepping into the role of a contractor and being placed at various clients. But honestly, overcoming that was easier than I expected. Our leadership supports and encourages us, and I’ve never felt like I’m on an island by myself.

What do you enjoy most about working for NRC?

Our team. We all work well together, and we have the greatest leadership—bar none.
