NRC is proud to support AITP's first Fox Valley Cybersecurity Summit. The summit brings IT leaders, cybersecurity professionals and business decision-makers together for an afternoon of hands-on learning, expert discussion and networking.
Chris Hippensteel, NRC's Director of IT, will serve on the expert panel "Lessons Learned from Real Wisconsin Cybersecurity Events." He'll join other Wisconsin security leaders to talk about incident response, ransomware and business continuity, leadership during a cyber event, and how compliance and cyber insurance come into play. NRC also has a seat on AITP's Board of Directors through Lisa Swendrowski, so this summit is close to home for our team.
The afternoon also includes a tabletop exercise, where small groups work through a realistic cyber incident together. It ends with a featured session from Arctic Wolf, an open Q&A and a happy hour. Pricing: $20 for AITP members, $40 for non-members, and $50 for event admission plus a one-year AITP membership. Students attend free with code STUDENT and a valid student ID.
